Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS) at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport
Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is one of only three airports in the world to install an Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS). ANTN traveled to MSP to check out the new aircraft safety system, which serves as a 152-foot buffer zone at the east end of Runway 30L.
