This years' tournament will take place at Angel Park Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. The format will be a 4-Player Captain's Choice with a Shotgun start at Angel Park Golf Club at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2004. There will be a team competition as well as contests for the longest drive and the closest to the pin. Complimentary shuttles will depart the Las Vegas Hilton Transportation Lobby - East Tower promptly at 12:30 p.m. If you are planning on driving, directions will be available at the golf kiosk at registration.

There will be golf club storage located at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel from 7 - 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23rd. Your golf clubs will then be transferred to the Angel Park Golf Club and placed on a golf cart awaiting your arrival. You can also bring your golf clubs to the convention center with you, but there will be no storage there. Lunch will be provided at the convention center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. so plan to eat prior to boarding the shuttle to the golf course. The final bus will depart the golf course approximately 20 minutes after the last team's score is posted.

For players that did not bring their clubs, Angel Park Golf Club has a limited number of rental sets available at $40 for steel or $50 for graphite shafted Callaway X-14s. These should be reserved in advance by calling the club directly at (800) 470-4622. Prizes will be given out at the AAAE Executive Business Meeting and Breakfast on Thursday, June 24th.

If you wish to play golf with specific individuals, attach a list of names (including yourself) to your registration form http://airportnet.org/annual2004/regform04.pdf, check the appropriate box and include payment for each individual ($100/person). You must be registered for this conference in order to participate in the golf tournament. You many not reserve space for an unnamed individual. Individuals who are not registered for the conference cannot participate will not be assigned to a team until they are registered.
